Patented transducer technology makes this design a reality.As many speaker manufacturers have found out, just placinga number of small speakers into a line array will not necessarilyproduce high-resolution sound. The StreamLine Tower'sreference-quality sound is only possible because of the very specialpatented technology found in each of its transducers.
These special drivers are found in StreamLine Towers:

- Bambina™ 1-1/2 inver ted titanium cone extended range transducer
- Bambino™ 3-1/2 inver ted aluminum cone woofer
- Basso™ 10 high-power woofer (in optional Bass Modules only)

Named after personalities that best describe the characterthey impart to the sound, Eleganza drivers are the result of overa decade of intensive research resulting in multiple patents.They feature up to 56 titanium and aluminum inverted-dometransducers for each Tower with patented radial neodymiummagnet structures, low-mass voice coils, high-excursion rubbersurrounds, long-throw spiders and 24k gold contact biwireableterminals. The Tower's asymmetrical design also lowers standing-wave distortion for deeper, wider soundstage and more preciseimaging. Towers swivel on calibrated bases for easy toe-in, and theyare available in three nominal heights – 7 ft., 6 ft.and 5ft. – to producean unmatched wall of sound in any size room.
